Ali Le Count

Ali’s first foray into Search was in1996 when she joined the FS practice of Goddard Kay Rogers (GKR), She stayed there for six years – the last two following GKR’s merger with Whitehead Mann – before leaving to join the Life Science Practice at Korn/Ferry, moving into Search-to-Search in 2004.

Since then, and in her typical practical and personal style, she’s placed top people into top-tier Search firms at all levels and in all sectors, on both a retained and contingency basis. She works with both the SHREK firms and the smaller specialist boutiques, as well as placing individuals in-house. In short, she’s got your people covered.

When Ali isn’t working or running around after her 2 young boys, she loves nothing better than smashing a ball on a squash court, donning a pair of boxing gloves, or failing that spending quality time with quality friends drinking quality wine.
